    I have booked one installation since 16/11/2020, but till time no body visited to my premises for installation. Company like TATA SKY I never expect this type of respond from your end. If you are giving this type of service to a new customer then what we will expect good service in future.. Need an early action on this will highly appriciate.

  3. I pay 1047 monthly payment twice to Tata sky on 3rd December . transaction number is 5097790160295.your TATASKY EXECUTIVE MADAM MIANNIAFROM CALCUTTA SAID THAT TATA SEND AMOUNT WITH IN 10 WORKING .I DIDN'T GET REFUND AMOUNT.

Sir my name is Madhusudan from Telangana and I am using Tata sky from couple of years recently executive called and told me to upgrade if you wish then I asked for the package he responded like 6 months package you will get by upgrading your HD box then I said OK after installing new Tata sky binge Plus he doesn't give proper information not even wearing mask and I again asked when should I recharge he said after 6 months after few days I got message that there is recharge date then I confused and I called customer care they said yes you will get 6 months package , now I am getting only one month again I called up asking for clarity then they are saying that you only get 6 months apps free , then what should I think about your customer care people this is completely cheating by asking only they are saying then what is the use of upgrading , my TV is already smart 4K box is foolishness in my point of view because there is no 4K channels now present technology HD is more than enough for my TV . miss guidance of Tata sky people I lost 2500 why should I upgrade I complaint so many times there is no response and saying the problem cannot be solve so why you people or cheating us this is ridiculous usually people think 6 months package means 6 months subscription that's all specifically no people think that only apps will get six months and unnecessary upgraded I want money back or downgrade to 2 HD and recharge 8 months subscription or recharge 6 month subscription for beng+ box and I became totally foll by upgrading and you people are making fools by giving wrong information I hope you will understand , thank you sir if you make this things done

  8. Dear Sir,
    Last month on 13th June I got an android Tata Sky Set Top Box, installed at my home, with the recharge pack of Rs. 490 which didn't lasted even for a month. I recharged again on 11th July with the same amount and within 13 days it says that the recharge is over. I don't know what service is this.
    When I called at the Tata Sky Office, at Chitragupt Nagar, Anisabad, Patna (Bihar), they said that some device named Bingee has been installed at my Set top Box, whose charge is Rs. 300/- but I have not taken any such device. Even the guys sitting there told me that I am uneducated and should contact at right place. I don't think that I called at any wrong place.
    The number whom I called was- 6202840815.

    A recharge of Rs. 490/- does not last even for a month, a half and one month connection needs to be reinstalled twice, the selected channels whose recharge already done is out of service.
    This is the overall experience of the prestigious Tata Sky Service.
    Full waste of money and a way to fool the customers.
    The antenna the Box all are just for showcase. Your recharge will not last even for one month rather only 12 days.
    Requesting the service team to look into the matter and give me a clarification over my issue, or else atleast let me know that if it can not be done I will look for some another less popular dish tv service, may be they work better.

    Please think that what actually you are giving,

    Kindly do the needful regarding my order and subscription id which was cancelled due to tata sky binge+ installation not dun to my home address. But still my money will not comes to my account (amazon pay) which I made at 22 Oct 2021 here I'm attached confirmation mail and my wallet transaction details I was received after ordered tata sky binge connection . I was also make an complent to CC care 04 time . Here my complaint id which are given below

  15. Rs 138 credited into my tata play account as a cash back offer, but after 1 month the amount has been reversed back means debited from the wallet saying that it has been wrong given, it is system error. Tata play now a days cheating with the customers.
    Waiting for the day when broadband connection will be cheaper, then there will be no need of such foolish boxes.

    Good Evening.

    My tata play I'd 1225031713 name Vetrivel and contact numbers- 9710088808/9940541088.

    My tata play binge remote not working and it's under warranty. I complaint 10-11-2023. Lot of times called customer care senior teams and they escalated lot of times.

    Senior priority team took conference between me and technical team head name Vasudevan 9342349100 on 14-11-2023. He said already new remote hand over to prakash technician 9094942427. But 3 days no one came here to replace remote.

    Today 16-11-2023 senior priority team again called and connect conference 5 times finally he sent technician at 810pm.

    But that person don't bring new replacement remote and he don't know service just pressed my old remote top and bottom and replaced batteries and tried but my complaint is my old remote not working and it's under warranty.

    Technician team person said 3 days before he already handover new remote to technician and today he is telling just sent person for checking problem.


    Previously my binge device in home screen due to remote issue i couldn't play but who's coming that technician today he removed all device and tried remove hardly and fix hardly and my device not going to home screen now.


    That technical team and service person don't have knowledge and they keep avoiding problem solving and always all complaints open over 1 month for all customers in this area


    Please take serious action against this technician and technical head and solve my issue as soon as possible

    If you guys don't have proper service team please get back your all devices tata play and tata play binge devices and i don't want your careless and no knowledge of technician services.

    Bcz my complaint open 8 days no proper solution and technical team don't care about anything and they keep lieing and wasting customer time.


    PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST TECHNICIAN TEAM PERSONS VASUDEVAN AND PRAKASH AND SOLVE MY ISSUE.

  18. Tata sky complete team is fraud even they have fabricated the data. There is no contact number or mail id available to contact the senior member. Field team is misbehaving and no one is there take care about this. Very very poor service.
